This Casey Acres styled shoot was truly the photoshoot of my dreams! When planning the theme for this day, the inspiration was vintage elegance with a hint of southern charm. With the help of incredible Huntsville wedding vendors, the vision for this shoot came to life so beautifully.

The Venue

Casey Acres at Chigger Ridge Farms is an elegant post and beam barn style venue located in Gurley, Alabama. I first toured this breathing taking venue in June of 2023 when it was still in the midst of construction. From the moment I saw this venue and met the sweet owners, Tim and Cindy Milam, I knew it would be something truly wonderful! Casey Acres has a special place in my heart, so I was thrilled for it to be the venue to host my vintage inspired styled shoot!

The Theme

If you know me, you know that I LOVE Audrey Hepburn!! Her class, elegance, and style are what I draw my inspiration from. So naturally when planning the theme of this styled shoot, Audrey Hepburn was the inspiration! 🌸🫖 Audrey Nelson with Ashleigh Morgan Events is amazing and helped bring the vision of this styled shoot to life. The funny thing is when Audrey sent over her mood board inspo, she included Audrey Hepburn’s picture as part of the inspo and we had not even talked about it! Great minds think alike!

For the first table, I wanted to use vintage china to add to the old elegance theme. My sweet Grammy, who is the queen of table china, gave me her dish-ware and tea cups to use for this setup. 🥹 Scroll to see Grammy’s picture helping me. It was so sweet and special!

The vibe for table two was timeless romance. Brass candle stick holders, green glasses, and the cutest little bows tied to candle sticks all made the vision of this shoot come to life. The final touch was the beautiful florals from Of the Valley Floral Company and they added the perfect pop of color!

The Shoot

Y’all, when I say this was the sweetest day, it truly was that!! Each vendor and both model couples were incredible. I had the best day ever shooting this styled shoot and creating the dreamiest photos. Scroll to see ALL the beauty!
