During their engagement session, I told Kaylee and Ethan, “when you see these final photos, you will know how excited I was behind the camera!!” I think I said “Oh my goodness” like 40 times! I don’t get I’ll ever get over these photos from this beautiful couple’s engagement session New Market, Alabama? 🤩 Kaylee and Ethan are the sweetest, and we had the absolute best time creating together and telling their story through these images.
As we talked through the details of their session prior to the day, Kaylee and Ethan shared that they wanted their engagement photos to be on Ethan’s family property. I loved that! New Market, located just about 30 minutes outside of Huntsville, is known for its rolling hills and peaceful countryside. It was the best setting for Kaylee and Ethan’s engagement session.
What made this session even more special was the way Kaylee and Ethan chose to incorporate pieces of their relationship into the photos. They told me their very first date was skeet shooting—and since it’s something they still enjoy doing together, they decided to incorporate it into their engagement session. I mean… how cute is that?! I’m obsessed when couples bring those personal elements into their photos. It adds so much personality and meaning—and you can feel the authenticity in every frame.
Golden Hour in New Market, Alabama
For the sunset hour, we headed to Ethan’s grandfather’s land! When I stepped out of my car and saw this beautiful pink tree in full bloom, I could not contain my excitement! I told Kaylee and Ethan, “Oh my goodness, I have to put y’all in front of this tree!!” It was so dreamy! (Side note: Spring in Huntsville is absolutely beautiful! I feel so blessed to shoot in so many beautiful locations!)
Kaylee wrote the sweetest 5 star google review about her engagement session! She wrote, “Miranda was extremely professional and fun to work with! She had an eye for getting the most amazing pictures. She is so sweet and a joy to be around!! She also had sneak peaks to us early the next morning and had our entire gallery complete in less than a week! I cannot recommend her enough!!” Precious! That made my day!
