This couple photoshoot at Blevins Gap in Huntsville Alabama was total golden hour goodness! I had the best time getting to know Ellie and Alex! We met on a CHILLY November afternoon at the Blevins Gap Nature Preserve and oh my goodness these two were incredible! They braved the cold wind with such joy! We didn’t let a little thing like wind stop us from having the best time ever. And I think the wind added a cinematic touch to this shoot!
Golden Hour at Blevins Gap
We chose Blevins Gap, which is only about 15 minutes from the heart of Huntsville, because of its variety of backdrops and the incredible sunset views. If you have never been to Blevins Gap, after you read this blog, you need to go! It is one of the most beautiful lookout spots over the city of Huntsville. Grab your favorite person, take a warm blanket, and go watch the sunset! You will not be disappointed. I love doing shoots at this location.
I truly had the best time with this couple! Even through the wind and cold weather, we had a blast together creating these dreamy photos. When I got back into my car to drive home, I said to myself “I really do have the best job in the world.” Ellie and Alex, y’all are such a light! Thank you for trusting me to take your sweet photos.
